CW6100 lathe

The CW6100 lathe is a high-precision and high-efficiency horizontal lathe widely used in the mechanical processing industry. The bed body adopts a wide side wall double rib plate, and the inner rib plate adopts a combination structure of box and inclined ribs, with high overall stiffness.
The slide box is equipped with a safety mechanism to prevent damage to the machine tool caused by overload.
High degree of automation:
The spindle has four gears and variable frequency stepless speed regulation, which can achieve non-stop variable speed within each gear, with a wide range of speed changes.
The spindle speed range is 17-1000 r/min, and the through-hole diameter is Φ 100mm.
Multifunctionality:
In addition to conventional turning operations, complex processes such as drilling, boring, pulling oil grooves, and keyways can also be performed.
The machine tool is equipped with both metric and imperial feed systems.
