In order to ensure the long-term stable operation and processing quality of the machining center, daily use and maintenance are crucial. The following is a guide for the use and maintenance of machining centers:
Check before startup
Check the lubricating oil level to ensure sufficient lubricating oil.
Check the coolant level to ensure that the coolant is sufficient.
Check if the air pressure is normal.
Check if the electrical system is functioning properly.
Clean the surface and chips of the machine tool to keep it clean.
Operating specifications
Start the machine tool according to the operating procedures to avoid sudden start and stop.
During the machining process, pay attention to observing the operating status of the machine tool. If there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

After each shift, maintenance work such as wiping, fastening, and lubrication should be carried out.
Wiping method: When wiping, a brush or clean, moisture free gas should be used for blowing, and wet cloths should be avoided.
Regular start-up: Machinery that is temporarily shut down should be regularly started for testing, and electrical components should be powered on for dehumidification.
3. Inspection and maintenance
Cooling system: Regularly check the working condition of the cooling system to ensure sufficient coolant and unobstructed radiator vents.
Hydraulic system: Check whether the hydraulic system pipelines and radiators are leaking, whether the hydraulic oil is clean, and regularly replace contaminated hydraulic oil.
